Default functions with ( , ) and ( ; ) ?

Excel Functions in my office PC uses ( , ) as the separator within the
brackets while in my home PC uses ( ; ) and doesn't recoqnize ( , ). Any
explanation, please? Thanks

It is determined in the regional settings within your control panel, the
digit groupings character.
