I work in a hospital and am dealing with patient cases. Each patient case
has the date, physician name, suite, and procedure description. All data falls in one cell, except some of the cases have multiple cells (up to four cells, lined vertically) for the procedure description. There are about 3500 cases in my spreadsheet. How can I convert cases that possess procedure descriptions with more than one cell to one cell without merging? I need each case to only be one line so that I can sort the data. If the solution to this issue involves importing the spreadsheet into Access, then that is fine as well. I am currently using Microsoft Excel 2000. Thank you, THEFALLGUY |
