Hi Everyone!
I have an excel file which is about 2.5 megs in size. As I have developed it over the years it has gotten to the point where it takes quite a long time to close (or save) if I have had it open for a while - maybe 4 to 5 minutes to close and the whole system becomes somewhat non-responsive during this time. Now I am getting a new error message if I try to print multiple sheets at once. The message says: Excel cannot complete this task with the available resources. Choose less data or close other applications. I have searched this discussion group and seen one post for a patch for excel 2002 and I have looked at http://support.microsoft.com/default...Product=xl2003 which refers to named cells referring to other named cells nested 20 times deep. I have all the appropriate office updates available through www.office.microsoft.com and I don't have any named cells at all (so I don't think either of these apply). Does anyone have any other experience with this error message? I am running office xp home SP2 and excel 2003 SP1. I have plenty of ram and hard drive space and have done a full windows and office reload with no luck. Thanks for any help |
