Default extra spreadsheets open when excel starts up

I have a book called "book" and a book called "sheet" that open up along with
the intended workbook every time I start up excel. Is there any way to fix
this?

Thanks for any help you can give.

Hi Jamie

Do a search for the folder XlStart in Windows and remove the two xls files from this folder
If you want to use the templates then save them as a template and not as a xls file,
see the Excel help for information about templates.
