Default Alphabetize Pivot Table

Hello, How can you alphabetize the page field in a Pivot table? I have my
data alphabetized but one item in the dropdown in the page field is out of
order.

I've tried the Field Settings AutoSort in Ascending order but I still have
one out of place.

One of the items might be an entry in one of the custom lists
(ToolsOptions, Custom Lists)

Try moving the field to the row area, change it to manual sort, and use
the A-Z button on the toolbar to sort it.
Then, move it back to the page area.
