Default Excel 2003 Pivot tables - how to "show pages"

In previous versions of Excel there's been an option to "show pages" on a
pivot table - this produced a new worksheet for each page item in the pivot
table. How do I do this in Excel 2003?

On the PivotTable toolbar, choose PivotTableShow Pages
