Default Response after clicking direction key

Hi all,

When i click the direction key, the response as below:

PC1:
moving the active cell according to the direction

PC2:
Scrolling the screen according to the direction

Anybody have idea why? Thank you for answering

PC2: Scroll lock is turned on. Turn it off.
