Default Seagate Button on Menu

I installed an application that included Seagate. Now the Seagate button
shows up
on my menu for Excel. I can't get rid of it. I like Seagate for report
writing but I don't use it in Excel.

How do I get it off of the menu bar permanently.

Thanks,
Warman
