Default Comments dialog box

When I insert a comment, my name appears in bold type in the comment box.
How can I stop this from happening?

You can replace your name with generic text, such as "Note", as
described he

Or, you can use programming to insert a comment with no leading text, as

It is based on your name being in Tools, Options, General
