I am using excel for our trucking dispatch department. Is it possible to
have a table of drivers so that when a driver is assigned to a job, the same
driver listed in the table changes color?

You may be able to use Format|Conditional Formatting to achieve the same result
without a macro.

Macro not required.

Check out FormatConditional Formatting.
