How to modify (or add to) autoformat style?
I'm using Excel 2000 and am not satisfied with the gallery of autoformat
styles. Is it possible to download new ones? Or change an icky green color to a nice blue? Thanks! |

Espresso,
I don't know of a way to add custom autoformat schemes, but if it's color, you could change the colors in the palette in that workbook. Tools - Options - Color. Click the color in the pallete, Click Modify and change the color. Now anything that uses that particular color place in the palette will have the new color. You can do this after the autoformat formatting has been applied (it's now no different than if you'd manually formatted the cells). This won't affect other workbooks -- each has its own palette. You can import this palette into other workbooks too. -- Earl Kiosterud www.smokeylake.com "mr_espresso" wrote in message ...
