I know you're supposed to use Ctrl-Shift-Enter, but when do you do this, do
you enter it before or after the formula? do you hit Ctrl-Shift, and then

KM,

Ctrl, Shift and Alt are modifiers. You're modifying the Enter key in this
case, so you must have Ctrl and Shift down when you press Enter.
