Default Excel web query

Windows XP Professional SP-2, Office 2003 SP1

Only when I'm trying to get external data through excel in the "New Web
Query" window I continually get prompted;

'Security Information'
'This page contains both secure and nonsecure items.'
'Do you want to display the nonsecure items?'
'Yes' 'No' 'More Info'

If I open IE and browse to the same site and location I don't get prompted.

Does anyone know how to stop this message box from popping up?

IE|Tools|Options|Security|Custom Level
Under the Miscellaneous heading, the "Display mixed content" setting is set
to 'Enable'
