Default Newbie in Solver - please help

In the attached example, how can I get solver to consider changing cells
from the *two* arrays marked as "yellow" ?
I know how to input the changing cell based in one array, but not doing two
at the same time.
Target cell is the orange one.

Marlon -

I won't open your attachment, but ...

The usual way to enter multiple ranges into an Excel range edit box (like
Solver's box for changing cells) is to type (or point to) the first range,
then hold down the Control key while you specify each additional range. Or,
type the first range, and specify each additional range preceded by a comma.
