Conditional Formatting (Dates)

I can't wrap my head around this conditional formatting stuff.

Is it possible to do the following?

My F3 cell contains a date. If F3 is greater than or equal to 1 year, I
want my A3 cell to be colored yellow.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
