Default Is it possible to use excel in a multi user environment?

I have a spreadsheet that is 408KB and growing and currently we have to log
in and log out to allow another user to enter date. I would like to have
several people work on this at the same time to increase productivity. Is
this possible, any suggestions?

Tools---Share Workbook. Careful! Some features become unavailable when you
do that. Check the help file for limitations. :)
