Saving templates with sequential numbers
I have a template I use to enter information about customers, every time I
save the file with a distinctive name. Here is what I want, in the Save As dialogue box should automatically be filled in a serial number based on the previous workbook, so I can track sequential numbers. Is there anyway excel lets me do this? |

Hi, Hershey. Search this page for the word "number" or "invoice". Look for
Excel macros---there's a few entries there that offer up numbering methods. http://www.vbaexpress.com/kb/kblist.php ******************* ~Anne Troy www.OfficeArticles.com "Hershey" wrote in message ...
