Convert to values?

edit|copy
edit|paste special|values

is one way.

Thanks for the reply. Is there perhaps another wayto accomplish this? This
way may cause the formatting to change.

I don't think I've ever seen the formatting change when I do this. What changed
for you?

You could do it cell by cell.
Select a cell
hit F2
hit F9
hit enter
Select the next cell
