Default Form print

If I have data in A1, B1..........say H1, is it possible when data is
subsequently entered into say J1 that a standard form can be triggered
to appear which will automatically pick up all or some of the data
entered in A1, B1 etc so that a delivery advice can be printed?

Thanks in advance
