Default How do I float cells so others scroll under it?

It seems simple enough but I need a group of cells to stay constant while
those cells below can scroll under the constant (behind). How do I do this?

Hi Keith,

Selct the cell in column A right below the ones you want to keep visible.
From the menu: WindowsFreeze Panes
