How do i lock sellected cells in a spreadsheet?
I need to lock some cells so other users cannot modify them. However, they
still need to modify other areas of the spreadsheet? Can i do this? If, Yes... HOW? Thanks... |

Click the select all button above row one and to the left of the column
header A to select sheet Menu FormatCellProtection, uncheck the Locked option, OK Select the range of cells to be locked Menu FormatCellProtection, check the Locked option, OK Menu ToolsProtectionProtect sheet. -- HTH Bob Phillips "Banana" wrote in message ...
