Convert Hrs:Min to Decimal Hrs
I need to convert eg. 145:45 to decimal Hrs. (145.75) the Hrs. in the cells

But the hours part is already correct it's the colon and minutes that are the problem. When you use Anne's solution you must format the cell as a number with 2
