Default Offset Situation

Hello,
I have named a range Database, my worksheet is also called database. Problem
arises it selects two columns past any data or column headings. This causes a
problem in my pivot table. So what is wrong with this function? Thank you!
=OFFSET(Database!$A$1,0,0,COUNTA(Database!$A:$A,1) ,COUNTA(Database!$1:$1))
