![]() I sent an Excel file to two co-workers via email. One opened it and could see all numbers as I would see on mine. The other saw some numbers as xxxxxx.. as in the case column width is not wide enough. Using format or manually fix the column width would solve the problem. However, I've checked the spreadsheet on both monitors and found that the font type, font size, and column widths are the same as in the original one. Has anyone seen similar problem? And what in the spreadsheet has triggered this display problem? ![]() Thanks for your advice. -- marcg ------------------------------------------------------------------------ marcg's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=24680 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=382553 |
