![]() Hi, I find the autocomplete helps me save time but I was wondering if there is a feature that filters the possible matches with the more letters that are input. ..... I have a drop down list of 800 clients. Each entry starts with an account number followed by the ID. e.g. 12345 asmith. What I want it to do is narrow down the possible matches as soon as I type in 123 or 1234 so I can then choose the match. However it only does the autocomplete after I enter the account number and then the first letter of the ID. e.g. when I enter "12345 a", then it will autocomplete with "12345 asmith". any help would be most appreciated! thanks, TCollick -- tcollick ------------------------------------------------------------------------ tcollick's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=24639 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=382261 |
