![]() Hi all, I am hoping you can help me with the following problem. I am trying to create an easy cycle time sheet as follows - Col A --------------- Col b ---------- Col C --------------- Col D - step number------Description-------Time---------- ----1-------------------pick---------------2-------------"cell shaded red" -----------------------------------------------------------"cell shaded red" ----2-----------------place---------------3-------------"cell shaded blue" -----------------------------------------------------------"cell shaded blue" -----------------------------------------------------------"cell shaded blue" ----3------------------drill----------------1-------------"cell shaded green" Given the time I input into col C is there anyway I can shade the corresponding row in col D and the next "x" amount of cells down dependant on the number in col c. This would give me a easy to read colour coded timeline in column D. Thanks for all your help. -- greg7468 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ greg7468's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...fo&userid=9031 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=380860 |
