Default Deleting unwanted Cells

Is there anyway where you can delete unwanted cells that you do not want
in a work book.

An example is if you want say rows 1 to 20 and Columns A to E and you
only want those cells to appear in the work book. In other words I
don't want the rows from 21 to the end and columns F to the end to
appear.
