Default Can you filter or sort by a cell's formatting?

Can you sort by a group of cells by the color - were colored manually and do
not have conditional formatting applied to them.

Sorry for the short answer, but to the best of my knowledger there is no
way. One work around would be to add a column and type a color code
(b=blue, r=red) and then sort on that.
