Default Removing a list of data from a larger one

I just can't figure out how to remove our smaller, e-mail remove list from
our much larger e-mail send list. I have the two lists and want to remove
the ones in the 'remove' list from our current e-mail list. I'm sure there
is an easy way to do this, I just can't figure it out. Any help would be
greatly appreciated and I'm sorry if it seems vague but that's about the best
I can explain it.

Thanks,
Bryan.
