Default Excel 2000 with Chinese

Hello,
Does anyone know how to set up excel 2000 to be able to type in chinese?
Word 2000 works fine but I can't seem to get excel 2000 to work

That's strange, esp if your Excel is Excel2000...it happens to my Excel 97
before but my Excel 2000 seems fine...what is your windows version?

Try installing the IME and see if it works...it is available in microsoft
website...in download page I think.
