Increase Column D by 10%

Can I just select Column D and increase it by 10% or do I have to use another
column for the formula?

Thanks,

Dan

Put 1.1 in an empty cell
copy it
select column D
edit|paste special|check Multiply
Clean up that 1.1 in that empty cell.

bj

in an empty cell enter 1.1
copy that cell
select column D (or just the data you want to increase in Column D) and
paste special mutiply

I is dangerous to select entire columns or rows when using some paste
special chaices because it can make the entire column or row active.
