Default error message

Very often I get an error when I try to post or reply "sorry unable to
process your request.
Any idea why I keep getting this and how to stop it ?

I don't use the CDO interface at all.

If it's possible (not blocked by your company's firewall), you may find it
easier to connect to the MSNewservers directly (using a newsgroup reader--MS
Outlook Express can do this).
