Default Create automatic table of contents using worksheet labels

I have a huge workbook. I would like to have a table of contents that uses
the worksheet label as the reference point. This way, I can quickly create
an overview of all worksheets, with automatic hyperlinks to each one.
can anyone help?
thanks
