I want to see if someone can help me find a simplied or modified way to
approach a procedure I am doing. I currently have a spreadsheet that contains 31 worksheets, 1 for each day in a month. Each worksheet has a column called dept. For each record, the appropriate dept number is entered. There are ususually between 10-15 depts. At the end of the month, I need to count how many depts were used throughout the entire month. I have been physically counting each one by hand. Is there a better way to accomplish this task without having to waste an entire day of counting? |
