Default How can I export Excel data to Quicken?

I just purchased Quicken Deluxe 2005 and I'd like to import my Excel based
check register. Is this possible? Quicken only seems to be able to handle
QFX or QIF files. Is there any way to convert Excel worksheets to these file
formats?

Do a web search, there are several utilities around (at least pre-quicken
2005)
