Default Extra space after imported numbers

I am importing reports from a website. All the numbers come with a space
after the last number, so it is not recognised as a number by excel. what is
the easiest way to remove this space so I can work with the numbers?

eg. 6502<space (it is one space, and always to the right of the number)

Default

select the column that has the values
Press Ctrl H
Find what (Press ALt key and simultaneoulsly type 0160 )
replace with (leave this blank)
replace all

This will remove the trailing spaces that sometimes do not go away by using
the value & trim functions
