Default Move C5 to C10 in Excell (no cut/ copy/ paste)?

How do I move C5 to C10 (without using the cut/copy/paste commands)?

You can "drag" it with the mouse.
Put the cursor on the border of the cell, so that the cursor changes to a
cross. Press and hold the right mouse button, drag to the other location and
release the button.
