Denise,
If the folder is zipped / compressed then it can be done. Double-click the compressed folder and on the File menu , click Add a Password Regards, Jim Cone San Francisco, USA " wrote in message ... Is it possible to password folders, if it is how do you do this? |

Assuming you are running Windows NT/2K/XP OS You could set permissions on that folder http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=308418 You could ZIP the folder and its contents. Or you could use a third-party program. Search the 'net for that. Gord Dibben Excel MVP On Mon, 23 May 2005 08:31:02 -0700, " wrote: Is it possible to password folders, if it is how do you do this? |
