Default calculate percent change

I have a number of tests run in year 2010 and a number of tests run by
June 2011 and i want to calculate the expected change for 2011. How
would I set that up?

Default calculate percent change

100 tests in 2010

60 tests by end of june 2011

2 x 60 = 120 projected tests for 2011

20% more than 2010

Surely you want more than that?
