Hi,

In my team there are 10 members, all users dont have shared drive
access and we can't get the shared drive access or share point.
I have challenge here, i.e., if any user wants to see what details the
another user updated in the excel file, they can't see the details.
Is there any way I can resolve this issue?

Give all team members access to 'team files'

OR

relocate the storage to a folder all team members can access.

Hi Garry,

Please provide more info on this.

Thanks

Well, it looks like a user permissions issue to me. I would find a
common folder everyone on the team has access to and store team files
there. If there isn't one then maybe someone in your IT department (or
a system administrator) can set this up for you.
