Duplicates
there are actually many ways to search for duplicates.
one is to use conditional formating on all cells with formula is =IF(A1<"",COUNTIF($A:IV,A1)<1) set the pattent to look for and visually look for that format. "Alex" wrote: Is there any way to search an Excel database for duplicates? i.e. Many databases have been compiled into one large database and the possibility of multiple duplicates is high. Instead of going through about 3500 entries, can I search for things that have been duplicated? |
