Default HOW DO I KEEP DRAWING OBJECTS ANCHORED?

I'VE ASSIGNED A MACRO TO A DRAWING OBJECT AND THE OBJECT I WOULD LIKE TO KEEP
VISIBLE AS I SCROLL DOWN THE SHEET. MUCH LIKE COLUMN HEADINGS WHEN THE
FREEZE PANES SELECTION IS USED.

I think I'd either put those objects in Row 1 and then use freeze panes so that
row 1 is always visible.

Another alternative would be to create a floating toolbar and use that.
