Default SumProduct - Value ISN'T equal to

Hi All,

I am trying to use the following formula to count the number of entries that
are not Closed:-

=SUMPRODUCT((Val_RSK_Status<"Closed")*(Val_RSK_Ow ner="Jim"))

It produces a result, but not the right one - have I got the Syntex for Not

Thanks in advance

Andy
