Exclamation Will only open with FileOpen Command

Ok, well I have searched other posts and nothing they offer is working for me... Running Office 2010 and all of a sudden, it would not open unless I go to file open. When I click on the file it says the path can't be found. I have had many different Offices on this computer so that may be a problem...

I have tried the StartRun command, and there is no "ignore other applications" option in 2010 that I can see.

Please help because this is incredibly annoying!

:) Thanks!
