Default conditional formatting in excel with time

Hi,

I'm a part of implementation group for which we have specific tasks which we need to implement at specific time.
But due to high volume of tasks we have to search fro the ones which are scheduled in next 6 hours.
I want to ahev conditional formatting in excel by which i could mark some task as red if it is due in next 6 hours and goes green once time crosses over 1 hour from the scheduled time.
I'm using below type in my excel.
12/20/2010 11:30:00 PM
It is mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm(24 Hour)

Kindly help

Regards
Puneet
