Hi guys
Encountered a strange bug today. I have a fairly large Excel 2007 spreadsheet (about 90 mb), data is a mix of customer names and numerical values. When I opened the spreadsheet this morning, I found (to my horror!) that Excel had for some reason converted all the numbers to dates. After checking the non-numerical cells, I realized that Excel had somehow changed the default format for all cells in the spreadsheet to Date. There are no macros in my workbook. Was just wondering if anyone has encountered a similar issue before and how it can be fixed, short of manually changing all of the formats back to what they were before. |
