Mnthly auto ,shift schedule for multi employee

I am incharge of multi employee and need to schedule monthly shift duty as:
Weekday (Monday to friday)-1730-2300
weekend ( saturday-sunday and public holiday) two shift 0830-1530 1st shift
1530-2300 2nd shift.This schedule I need to plan every month and must be
equal to every employee. Please advise so that it feed auto to spreadsheet
and equal to every employee.
