There may be an easier method but.............

StartRun regedit.exe

Drill down to this key

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\E xcel\Add-in Manager

On right side pane find the Automation add-in and delete it.

Gord ... (Hi)

I am still stuck ... Your method requires "Admin" rights ... :(

Ok ... I did find the file, but not sure I should delete it where I found it
(that's even if I can?) ... C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Office11\MSCAL.OCX ... (It is "Calendar.11")

I was browsing different "Add-ins" found under the Add-in's "Automation"
Button ... I selected one & it populated my "Add-ins" Menu & gave me a check
box. Now I want to kill it from my list of "Available" Add-in's & I do not
know how to do it.

Thanks for supporting these boards & offering the many solutions ... Much is
learned here ... Kha

Other than the Registry method I don't know.

MSCAL.OCX is not an add-in.

It is the Calendar control file.

It is not listed in Add-insAutomation AFAIK

Sounds like you added a Calendar Control to your workbook.

If you want to send the workbook to my email feel free.
