Picture problem
I want to have a picutre stay in the frame even while scrolling through the
worksheet. Is this possible? |

Picture problem
The easiest way is to freeze panes below the picture. Position the picture in
the upper left part of the screen (either by placing the picture there or scrolling). Then select a cell below and to the right of the picture. In XL2003 select Window Freeze Panes.
