Default convert .123 file

Is there a way to convert a Lotus 123 spreadsheet (.123 extention) to an
excel 2007 file?

I'm not sure that they support the .123 files:

(Maybe they do, but haven't updated their documentation????)

You may find the easiest way is to find someone with that version of Lotus and
asking for help -- or maybe you have Lotus installed on an old PC???
