I'm not sure that they support the .123 files:
http://support.dataviz.com/support.srch?docid=14034 (Maybe they do, but haven't updated their documentation????) You may find the easiest way is to find someone with that version of Lotus and asking for help -- or maybe you have Lotus installed on an old PC???
